Booking Terms and Conditions

**Cancellation Policy**
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

**No-Show Policy**
- A no-show fee of $40.00 will be charged if a client fails to be present for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.


**Late Arrival**
- If I am running late due to traffic or weather conditions, I will contact the client as soon as possible to inform them of the delay.
To accommodate potential delays, Clients are expected to be available for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

**Rescheduling**
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, I reserve the right to reschedule appointments.
- I will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative appointment times.

**Payment**
- The no-show fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked or services rendered.

**Force Majeure**
- Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather conditions or natural disasters.

**Booking Confirmation**
- Clients will receive a booking confirmation via email or text message.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the booking details.

**Service Area**
- I reserve the right to charge additional fees for services outside my regular service area.

**Minimum Charge**
- A minimum charge equivalent to one hour of service may apply, even if the actual work takes less time.

**Emergency and Off-Hours Services**
- Additional charges may apply for emergency services or work performed outside regular business hours.
